Shipping Policy

Shipment of all products will come directly from the suppliers' warehouse in Germany. This is to prevent any mishandling or replacement of goods with counterfeits. All packages will be sent securely and are fully insured via premium shipping. Tracing and complete transparency during the transport process is also available to ensure our baby powder is safely delivered to Singapore. Our baby milk formulas are certification approved and surpass the minimum regulations of the Singapore Food Authority (SFA).
Upon purchase of our products, all orders should arrive within the day or by the next working day.** If the product is damaged upon delivery, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Please contact +65 66935006.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns. This is to protect the integrity of the products in our warehouse. We are unable to accept products that have previously left our warehouse premises as this may compromise the quality and authenticity of our stock. For example, a customer may send back a counterfeit product that we may not be aware of which will possibly lead to the distribution of counterfeit products to others including yourselves.

Therefore, these strict policies are set in place to ensure that all products in our stock are authentic and of the highest quality. This is to ensure the utmost safety for all babies consuming our formulas. With tight quality controls, parents can rest assured that the products are not tampered with. 

Cancellation Policy

Yes! We do accept cancellations. If you do wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will then process the cancellation for you once your request has been made. However, this is only possible before your order has been shipped out.
